Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the Rkgg online gambling platform (the Platform). By registering for an account or by engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full. Rkgg reserves the right to modify, amend or suspend these Terms at any time; any material changes will be communicated upon your next login. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform.

Publisher

Rkgg Ltd acts as the publisher and operator of the Platform and is responsible for delivering the Services in accordance with applicable law. The Platform may rely on third‑party service providers under contract to supply games and related technologies. Rkgg is subject to regulatory oversight by the relevant authorities governing online gaming and consumer protection.

Services Offered

Rkgg provides online wagering services comprising licensed games of chance and related gaming features, including but not limited to casino-style games, live or simulated gaming environments, and event wagering where legally permitted. The Platform may offer promotions, bonuses and loyalty features that are governed by separate terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms.

Definitions

  • Balance: the monetary record held in a user’s Platform account, which may be credited or debited in accordance with these Terms.
  • User: a natural person who has established a contractual relationship with Rkgg to access and use the Services.
  • User Account: the individual account created by a User to participate in the Services.
  • Stake: the amount risked by a User in a single game or event bet.
  • Game Session: the period from the start of a game or event to the conclusion of that session.
  • Playthrough: the wagering requirement that must be satisfied before a bonus balance may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or as a specific number of bets, as stated in the bonus terms.
  • Politically Exposed Person (PEP), Family Member, Close Associate: as defined under applicable anti‑money laundering and counter‑terrorism financing regulations.
  • Governing Law: the law of Belgium, or other jurisdiction as applicable to the User’s place of residence and use of the Services.
  • Personal Data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person processed in connection with the Services, in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

General Provisions

Access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on compliance with these Terms. By using the Platform you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and any amendments. Rkgg may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version will govern use of the Services. If you do not accept updates, you may terminate your User Account. The English version of these Terms is authoritative where translations are unclear. The Platform operates in accordance with Belgian law and any other applicable laws; you are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with local law.

User Account

The following subsections cover registration, access, data processing and account closure.

  • Registration: Registration is available only to natural persons who are legally competent and of at least 21 years of age. You must provide accurate identification information, including full name, date of birth, nationality, address and a valid contact method. You agree that such information is true and up to date, and you will promptly update it if changes occur. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Rkgg will not be liable for unauthorized activity arising from a breach of these obligations.   • Processing of Personal Data: Personal data processed in connection with your use of the Platform will be handled in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
  • Close Account: You may close your account at any time. If you close your account, any remaining funds may be withdrawn subject to verification and any applicable terms. Inactivity of an account may result in closure with funds forfeited after reasonable notice. Reopening a closed account may be subject to waiting periods and additional identity verification. Rkgg may suspend or terminate an account at its discretion for policy or legal reasons, including fraud or irresponsible gaming concerns.

Payments and Balance

This section governs monetary transactions and balance management on the Platform.

  • Deposits: You may only deposit funds to your account using personal payment instruments registered to you. Some payment modalities may be restricted from certain jurisdictions or usage. Rkgg may impose limits on deposits, and deposits are subject to verification procedures consistent with applicable law.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the original funding source where feasible and in accordance with anti‑money laundering requirements. Verification of identity and source of funds may be required prior to processing. Withdrawal requests may attract processing times and fees as disclosed in the Platform’s withdrawal policy.
  • Balance and Currency: All balance accounting is in the euro unless stated otherwise. Exchange rate adjustments and related fees may apply where currency conversion is involved, based on recognized financial institutions’ rates in effect at the time of settlement.

Bets, Plays and Bonus Rules

Bets are placed by staking funds from your Balance. Winnings are credited to your Balance in accordance with the applicable game rules. If bonuses are awarded, they are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game contributions as stated in the bonus terms. A playthrough represents the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn; different game types may contribute differently to the playthrough.

Disputes and Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be governed by Belgian law and brought before the competent courts of Belgium, subject to applicable consumer protection and gambling regulations. You agree to cooperate with Rkgg in the investigation of any dispute and to provide information reasonably requested to resolve issues.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform, including software, graphics, text, sounds, marks, and the arrangement thereof, are the property of Rkgg or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to view the Platform’s materials for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms. No rights to the materials are transferred other than those expressly granted herein.

Responsible Gaming

Rkgg is committed to responsible gaming practices. Users may apply self‑exclusion or take breaks from gaming for defined periods. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rkgg regarding the Platform, superseding all prior communications.
  • Notifications: Any notice to you may be provided via in‑platform messages or your registered contact details and will become effective upon delivery.
  • Language: The Terms are drafted in English and govern interpretation; translations are provided for convenience only.
  • Amendments: Rkgg may amend these Terms to reflect regulatory changes or changes in how the Services are delivered; material changes will be communicated and will require acceptance for continued use.
