Scope and Governing Framework

Rkgg General Bonus Terms govern all promotions offered by the Company on the Website, including Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No Deposit Promotions, Deposit Promotions, Free Spins and Free Bets, and any promotional offers delivered by email, SMS or on-site notifications. Where a specific promotion contains terms that differ from these General Bonus Terms, the promotion’s own terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. In any conflict between the General Bonus Terms and the Website’s General Terms and Conditions, these Bonus Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

Eligibility for any promotion requires the User to be a fully verified, eligible customer of the Company. Each User is limited to one account per person, home address, telephone number and e-mail address, and one payment method per promotional account. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or withdraw a bonus at its sole discretion, including where multiple accounts, devices or identifiers are detected.

One Bonus Active at a Time; Non-Cumulative Offers

Only one promotional bonus may be active at any given time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative with other active bonuses. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied, the bonus balance, any winnings generated from the bonus and any wagered amounts may be deducted from the overall balance. The Company may determine that promotions are not combinable where suspicious activity or policy violations are detected.

Activation, Verification and Access to Winnings

Bonuses and related offers are available only to fully verified players. If a player has not completed verification, the Company may withhold, limit or suspend the promotion until verification is completed and risk assessments are satisfied.

Wagering Requirements and Release of Winnings

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless the offer terms state otherwise. Unless specified in the offer, the standard wagering requirement is 35 times the combined amount of the initial deposit and bonus. Winnings from Free Spins are typically subject to 40 times wagering. Winnings may be withdrawn only after all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. The Company may impose additional conditions on withdrawal corresponding to the particular offer.

Game Contributions and Restrictions

Wagering contributions vary by game type and by the specific promotion. Slots and Keno commonly contribute 100% toward wagering, while many table games, video poker and other categories contribute at reduced rates or zero. Some games may be entirely excluded from wagering requirements or restricted during an active bonus period. A promotion may include a non-exhaustive list of games that do not contribute or are prohibited; the applicable offer terms shall govern. The Company reserves the right to adjust game contributions and to enforce limitations to ensure fair play and compliance.

Time Limits, Expiry and Auto-Cancellation

Bonuses are valid for seven (7) days from the date credit is applied to the player's account, unless the offer terms specify otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be void and removed from the balance. An active bonus will be automatically cancelled if the bonus balance falls to €0.05 or less for Casino Bonuses or €0.50 or less for Sports Bonuses, or the equivalent in another currency. If a player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus amount, any linked winnings and the wagered amount may be removed from the balance.

Cancellation, Refunds and Forfeiture

The Company may cancel a bonus credited in error or in circumstances where the terms have been breached. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In cases where a promotion is not operable due to technical, geographical or legal restrictions, the Company is not obligated to compensate or replace the prize.

Exclusions, Territory and Access

Participation in bonuses and promotions is subject to eligibility which may be restricted by jurisdiction. Residents of certain countries or regions may be excluded from some promotions or may require different terms. The Company reserves the right to modify or exclude territories from specific offers on a per-promotion basis; players should consult the promotion-specific terms to confirm eligibility.

General Provisions and Governing Law

Bonuses, free spins and free bets offered by the Company are governed by these General Bonus Terms and, where applicable, the Website’s General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Bonus Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. The Company may update these terms from time to time and shall provide notice in accordance with its communications policy.

Casino Bonuses — Specific Rules

The following applies in addition to the General Bonus Terms for Casino Promotions. Where a promotion specifies different rules, those terms supersede these sections.

• Minimum and maximum bets during an Active Casino Bonus: the minimum bet is 0.50 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies) per spin or bet; the maximum bet is 5.00 EUR (or equivalent) per spin or bet. Bets outside these ranges do not count toward wagering requirements and any winnings may be forfeited.
• Eligible games and contributions: wagering is counted only on eligible games as defined by the offer terms. Slots and certain eligible games typically contribute 100% toward wagering; Table games, Video Poker and other categories may contribute at reduced rates or 0%. Live Casino and Jackpot games may be restricted from wagering with an active bonus.
• Ineligible and prohibited games: a listed or described set of games may be restricted or excluded during a bonus. The exact list is provided in the offer terms and may be updated by the Company from time to time.
• Auto-cancellation and forfeiture: if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any related winnings are void. The Company may also apply forfeiture rules if irregular play is detected.

Sports Bonuses — Specific Rules

In relation to Sports Bonuses, the following terms apply in addition to the General Bonus Terms. Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, the maximum stake during an active Sports Bonus equals the amount deposited. Bets must meet the offer’s qualifying criteria to count toward the release of the bonus. The terms of the promotion specify the applicable wagering requirements and any sport-specific restrictions.

No Deposit Promotions, Free Spins and Free Bets

No Deposit Promotions, Free Spins and Free Bets are subject to the General Bonus Terms and the offer-specific terms. They may carry separate wagering requirements (for example, Free Spins winnings may be subject to 40x wagering) and limited eligibility. Free Spins or Free Bets may be restricted to a subset of games, and winnings may be capped or subject to withdrawal limits as described in the offer terms.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Rkgg reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated in accordance with the Company’s notice policy. The terms and any disputes arising from promotions are governed by the governing law stated in the Website’s Terms and Conditions.
