Sport Betting Rules

Definitions and key terms

In these Rules, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below.

• Sportsbook or Line: the catalogue of markets offered by Rkgg and the odds assigned to each outcome at the time of bet acceptance.
• Player: a natural person who has placed a bet with Rkgg.
• Bet: a contract formed when a player's selection is accepted by Rkgg under the terms of the offered market.
• Market or Outcome: a specific event or proposition available for wagering; the final outcome of the market is the basis for settlement.
• Winning odds: the factor by which the stake is multiplied to determine payout.
• Live Bet: a bet placed on events as they unfold in real time.

General rules and eligibility

Rkgg reserves the right to amend these Rules and to introduce new rules at any time. Changes take effect immediately for bets placed after publication; existing bets retain the terms that applied at bet acceptance.

Age and eligibility: Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or wager. The Company may request proof of age and may suspend access if not provided.

Personal data security: Rkgg processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data remains confidential and will only be disclosed to regulatory authorities or as required by law.

Multiple accounts: It is prohibited to hold more than one customer account. If multiple accounts are discovered, all but one shall be closed, and promotions may be withdrawn or restricted.

Account integrity and bet details: The customer bears responsibility for bet details; once a bet is accepted by the system, it cannot be changed or canceled by the customer. Rkgg may suspend or close accounts for rule violations or security concerns.

Bet acceptance and settlement

Bets are accepted on the valid Line available at bet acceptance. Bets are accepted during regular match time unless otherwise specified. Pre-match bets are accepted before the event starts; Live bets are accepted on events in progress.

Disputes: Issues regarding settlement or unsettled bets must be raised within 30 days of the event end.

Line changes: Rkgg may alter odds, handicaps, totals, accumulator limits, or maximum stakes at any time. Bets placed before changes retain their original terms.

Void bets: Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known shall be void and refunded and excluded from accumulators.

Technical reliability: Bets registered on the server shall not be canceled due to communication or technical faults. Erroneous settlements are corrected by re-settlement.

Types of bets

• Single: a wager on the outcome of a single market. Payout equals stake multiplied by the market odds.
• Accumulator: a wager on multiple unrelated events; all selections must win; payout equals stake multiplied by product of odds; if any selection fails, the bet loses.
• System: a configuration of multiple accumulators with identical stake; payout is the sum of winnings from all included accumulators.
• Conditional: a chain of bets where only the first stake is funded by the customer and subsequent bets are funded from winnings; if the principal bet loses, all conditional bets fail; cannot reuse outcomes from the first bet in subsequent bets.

Live betting

Live bets are accepted during events on markets with undetermined outcomes. Odds update in real time and may move between bet selection and acceptance. Live bets are settled based on results known at the end of the event or as per official sources. Bets on non-participating athletes may be void. Bets on market outcomes determined during play shall be settled promptly when the outcome is confirmed. A claim regarding a live bet must be submitted within 24 hours of event start. If a match is interrupted or not completed within 24 hours, settled bets remain; unsettled markets or those with undetermined outcomes shall be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake refunded) where applicable.

Football and other sports markets

Football markets are governed by standard match rules: regular time plus stoppage time; first half and second half stoppage time are included in time for betting. If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours after the designated start time, bets on the event are invalid unless markets have already been determined. If the start time changes, the betting deadline may be moved. First Goalscorer excludes own goals; if the specified player does not participate, bets may be void. Settlement is based on official statistics and the match's official result; if a result is amended after the official result, amendments may be ignored for settlement purposes. For other sports, settlement follows official results; dead heat rules apply where applicable. Markets cannot be verified officially may be void or delayed; in such cases settlement follows internal procedures and official data when available. European Handicap is an integer handicap; draw outcomes are possible in the market design; settlement follows the handicap rules per market.

Minimum and maximum stakes; limits

The minimum stake for any event is the currency-equivalent amount specified by Rkgg. Maximum stakes are defined per event and bet type by Rkgg and may change without notice. Rkgg reserves the right to impose or adjust limits, and to restrict or block accounts or the placement of multiple bets on identical or related outcomes without notice.

Bonuses and balances

Customers hold two balances: a main balance and a bonus balance. Bets must be placed from the main balance. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements; winnings from bonus bets are credited to the bonus balance unless otherwise stated. If a bet is placed from bonus funds and later converted to real money, settlement is governed by the applicable wagering terms. If a customer does not wish to use bonus funds, bets may be placed exclusively from real funds. Active bonuses require compliance with wagering terms. Use of bonuses does not permit placing multiple bets on the same market outcome within a single event; violation may lead to cancellation of bonuses and related winnings and may result in account restrictions.

Privacy, data protection and security

Rkgg processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Data is used for account management, regulatory reporting and fraud prevention. Data is stored securely and not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or regulatory authorities. Questions should be directed to customer support.

Disputes, corrections and refunds

Rkgg will correct any obvious errors in odds, results or event data. Bets may be voided or refunded if markets cannot be verified or if a processing error occurred. Bets may be recalculated if settlements are incorrect. Bets placed prior to a rule change retain their applicable terms. Disputes must be raised within 30 days after the event ends or as otherwise stated in the specific market terms.

Compliance, anti-fraud and prohibited behavior

Players must not manipulate markets or engage in automated betting, collusion or other prohibited conduct. Rkgg may suspend access or close accounts suspected of rule violations or automated betting detection.
