Responsible Gaming Commitment

Rkgg provides a safe, controlled online gaming environment. This framework sets out the protective measures we employ to promote responsible play, prevent gambling harms, and connect players with appropriate support options.

Eligibility and Access

Access to Rkgg services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the user’s jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We implement identity and age verification during registration and monitor activity to enforce compliance. If underage use is detected, access will be blocked and relevant actions taken in line with applicable law.

Self Assessment and Behavioral Monitoring

Rkgg offers a voluntary self assessment tool to help players evaluate their gambling behavior. The assessment comprises nine questions addressing spending, chasing losses, borrowing for gambling, feelings of guilt, and health impacts. Results fall into four categories: under control, low risk, increased risk, and concern. Players scoring at higher risk should adopt protective measures and consider seeking support as described below.

Time and Expenditure Controls

Protective controls are available to manage time and money spent on gambling. Loss limits allow a player to cap the total deposits for a rolling period. Changes to limits have the following effects: more restrictive changes take effect immediately; less restrictive changes take effect seven days after submission. In addition, deposit limits by period can be set for daily, weekly, or monthly totals. Limits can be adjusted or removed through the account controls in the Help Centre, subject to the same timing rules.

Self Exclusion and Take a Break

Players may initiate a self exclusion or a take a break period. A minimum break of 24 hours is available, and for longer restrictions a self exclusion period of at least six months is offered. During any exclusion, promotional communications are paused and access to services is restricted in accordance with the exclusion terms. Initiation occurs via the Help Centre or by contacting Support, and exclusions apply to all Rkgg products and services.

Time Management and Responsible Play

Players should monitor time spent and ensure gambling remains a form of entertainment. We recommend setting a daily time limit, taking breaks when fatigued or distracted, and avoiding play when under significant stress, fatigue, or impairment. Do not chase losses or wager more than you can afford to lose.

Support and External Resources

Rkgg provides access to external support services for problem gambling. If you identify signs of unhealthy play, consider consulting Gambling Therapy, Responsible Gambling Council, GamCare, or other local helplines. Our Help Centre offers guidance on how to access these resources and obtain confidential support.

Account Safeguards and Family Protection

For risk mitigation, maintain a single user account per person and keep login credentials secure. If you share a device with others, consider enabling device controls or family safety tools to restrict access by minors. We support responsible browsing practices and encourage proactive use of available safeguards.

Dispute Resolution and Policy Administration

Rkgg maintains a formal dispute resolution process described in our Terms and Conditions. For concerns about responsible gaming measures or their application, submit a complaint through the Help Centre. We will respond in accordance with our documented response times and escalation procedures.
