Self-exclusion options

Rkgg provides self-exclusion to registered players who wish to pause or restrict gambling activity on this platform in pursuit of responsible gaming. Exclusion periods may be selected from a minimum duration of 24 hours up to permanent exclusion.

Activation and acknowledgement

To activate self-exclusion, access the Self-Exclusion page within your player profile, select the desired period, and confirm. The period begins immediately on submission and you will be unable to access the account for betting, depositing, or withdrawing during the period.

Terms of self-exclusion

By choosing a self-exclusion, you agree to be bound by the following terms during the period selected:

• You will not access the account for the purposes of placing bets, depositing funds, or withdrawing funds.
• Any bets placed prior to the start of the exclusion remain subject to settlement in accordance with the applicable terms and official results; such bets will not be voided by the act of self-exclusion.
• After the exclusion period ends, normal login access resumes subject to any ongoing verification or security checks as required by Rkgg.

Permanent self-exclusion

A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During a permanent exclusion you may not register for another account, and any accounts opened during the period will be closed with the associated funds inaccessible.

Temporary exclusions and account reactivation

Temporary self-exclusion ends after the specified period. You may then re-access and use Rkgg in accordance with the Terms of Service. Rkgg reserves the right to verify identity and apply any necessary safeguards before reinstatement.

Prohibition on creating new accounts

During an active self-exclusion, you will not create a new account or attempt to deposit into any Rkgg account. Attempts to circumvent the exclusion may trigger automatic restrictions and may result in additional account closures.

Extending or modifying an exclusion

Requests to extend an existing exclusion or modify its terms must be submitted to the support team. Extensions are subject to approval and become effective upon confirmation. Self-excluded individuals may not defeat the exclusion by creating new accounts or altering profile data.

Data, privacy and retention

Rkgg will retain records of self-exclusion actions in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Self-exclusion data may be used for compliance monitoring, safeguarding, and statistical purposes consistent with the governing terms.
