Rkgg's Fair Play Policy describes the standards and processes ensuring fairness, integrity, and responsible conduct across all wagering and gaming services provided by Rkgg. This document applies to all players and all products offered on the Rkgg platform.

Governing Law and Licensing

Rkgg operates under the Curacao gaming framework and holds a gaming license. The operations are conducted in accordance with applicable Curacao gaming laws and regulations. The license is subject to ongoing compliance reviews and audits conducted by the regulator and independent auditors.

Game Fairness and Integrity

  • Randomness and outcomes: All games on Rkgg employ certified Random Number Generators RNGs whose algorithms are tested and certified by independent laboratories to ensure statistical fairness.
  • Independent audits: Rkgg engages independent third parties to audit game fairness, payout accuracy, and system integrity on a periodic basis.
  • Rules and payout transparency: Each game provides accessible rules and disclosed payout percentages, where mandated, prior to participation. Any change to payout structures will be communicated promptly.

Transparency and Information Disclosure

Rkgg publishes clear game rules, bet types, win conditions, and payout terms for all products. The platform maintains a record of game variance, volatility profiles, and where applicable, the theoretical return to player ranges.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

Rkgg supports responsible gaming with practical controls and self assessment tools. Available measures include:

  • Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that players can set independently.
  • Cooling off periods: Time bound pauses to restrict access to the platform.
  • Self exclusion: A player can opt out of all access for a defined period or permanently, with immediate effect.

Age Access and Responsible Setup

Participation in real money gaming is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Rkgg conducts age and identity verification as part of the enrollment process and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts failing these checks.

Disputes Complaints and Resolution

Players may submit complaints through the official support channel or via the dedicated complaints form. Rkgg will acknowledge receipt within five business days and conduct a formal review within ten to fifteen business days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, the player may request escalation to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider. Rkgg will cooperate fully with any ADR determination and implement corrective actions when required.
