Become an Affiliate with Rkgg

Rkgg invites qualified partners to participate in a formal Affiliate Program that rewards compliant, high‑quality player referrals to our licensed online gambling platform. This page outlines eligibility, onboarding, compensation options, tracking, brand usage, compliance requirements and partner support.

Eligibility and Compliance

Participation requires (i) a minimum age of 18 or as required by applicable law, (ii) lawful operation of promotional activities in jurisdictions where online gambling marketing is permitted, and (iii) adherence to applicable advertising standards and consumer protection laws. Rkgg may request business information and tax documentation for verification and may conduct audits of traffic sources. Promotion of Rkgg brands to prohibited jurisdictions or by means that violate law may result in termination of participation.

Joining and Onboarding

Onboarding steps are as follows:

  • Access the Rkgg Affiliate Portal and select Become an Affiliate or Join to begin the application.
  • Provide requested details about your business, target markets and traffic channels.
  • Review and sign the Affiliate Agreement and related policies.
  • Complete any KYC or verification steps requested by Rkgg. Activation decisions are communicated within 2–3 business days unless further information is required.
  • Upon activation, you will gain access to tracking links, promotional assets and reporting tools.

Commission Plans and Payment Terms

Rkgg offers flexible remuneration structures designed to align with performance. Available options, subject to the Affiliate Agreement, include:

  • Revenue Share: Lifetime percentage of net revenue generated by referred players. Rates are tiered by monthly performance and may range from the mid‑20s to the low‑50s percent.
  • CPA: Fixed payments per qualifying new player who deposits and completes a validated action, with rates adjusted by region and traffic quality.
  • Hybrid: A combination of revenue share and CPA as agreed in the contract.

Payments are issued on a regular schedule. Default is monthly payments, with weekly payouts available to top‑performing partners. A minimum payout threshold of $100 applies. All payments are subject to reconciliation and any deductions described in the Affiliate Agreement. Payouts are settled in the account currency through approved methods.

Tracking, Reporting and Data

Affiliates have access to a real‑time reporting dashboard displaying referred players, registrations, deposits, wagers and earned commissions. Monthly statements detail earnings, adjustments and payment history. Rkgg reserves the right to correct misreported data and to suspend analytics access in cases of abuse or fraud suspicion.

Marketing Resources and Brand Usage

Affiliates receive approved marketing materials including banners, tracking links and localized landing pages. Assets must be used in accordance with the guidelines in the Affiliate Portal and may be updated from time to time. Do not modify brand assets in a way that misrepresents Rkgg, and avoid channels or geographies not approved for promotion. Traffic must be generated through compliant, consent‑based promotions and may not be produced by bots or non‑human activity.

Promotions and Compliance Rules

Affiliates must comply with applicable gambling advertising laws and safety standards. Do not misrepresent terms, mislead players, or offer terms that undermine responsible gambling measures. Self‑referrals, incentivized sign‑ups that circumvent policy, and any deceptive promotional practices are prohibited. Rkgg may audit promotional activity and suspend or terminate affiliates who breach policies.

Data Protection, Security and Privacy

Rkgg processes affiliate and player personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates must implement appropriate security measures to protect login credentials and reporting data. Do not disclose confidential information or use data beyond the purposes stated in the Affiliate Agreement. Retention and deletion of data follow the timelines set forth in policy documents and governing law.

Term, Termination, and Renewal

The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with its terms. Termination may be effected on notice or immediately for material breach. Upon termination, affiliates must cease promoting Rkgg brands and address any ongoing customer or data handling obligations. Outstanding commissions will be calculated and paid in line with the then‑current payment terms, subject to fraud checks and reconciliation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Affiliate Agreement is governed by the law specified therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the program will be resolved in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction designated by the agreement, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution provisions therein.

Support and Contact

Rkgg provides dedicated affiliate management support. Each affiliate is assigned a Manager who will respond to inquiries within standard business hours. For assistance, use the Affiliate Portal messaging system or designated contact channels; priority handling is available for critical issues as defined in the policy documents.
